BOC-3 refers to a form used by the United States Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to designate process agents for carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders operating in interstate commerce.
It's important to note that the BOC-3 form must be kept on file with the FMCSA at all times. If you change your process agent, you'll need to update your BOC-3 form with the new information.
When signing up for our Tariff & Arbitration Program, movers can get their BOC-3 filed for just $25.
